Your Own Personal Lubricant Choice

In terms of knowing which kind of lubricant is the best in which condition can be gather from interpreting the uses on the bottle. If you are a new user of personal lubricants or not even sure if you really need them, this time you have to read on to be able to know how to decide on which personal lubricant that will be best for you. For most of us, need to stop for a while from foreplay to put personal lubricants can be serious scenario and can even end up immediately you and your partner start to enjoy. Having an open mind and recognizing the fact that personal lubricant can be able to put an extra satisfaction for you and your partner’s intimate leisure interest, you will not feel uneasy about using them.

There are many instances when a personal lubricant can come in handy. Taking breastfeeding right now, at the same time experiencing changes on your body due to aging and taking birth control pills, you may want to “lube up” to avoid friction during intercourse. Or you may just take a while to “warm up” and a little personal lubricant could allow you to move on to more enjoyable activities with your partner instead of focusing so much time on foreplay. Moreover, if you decided to use adult toys, either with your partner or just by yourself, it is firmly suggested to make use of personal lubricants, you just have to make sure that the toy will be using is compatible with it.

Many types of personal lubricants are available for use and include:

  • Lubricants to be used with a condom: these are generally thicker lubricants that won’t feel sticky or tight during penetration. Make certain to use one that is secure to use with the kind of condoms you will going to use, like the ones that are water-based so it would take full advantage of the usefulness of the condom.
  • Lubricants for oral sex: these are available on different kind of scents and flavors with not so thick and tacky.
  • Lubricants for anal sex: these generally have a chemical/compound that helps to desensitize this area before any intimate activities to help increase pleasure during this method of intercourse
  • Lubricants to use with sex toys: these generally add that extra lubrication needed to make toy use more enjoyable, but you should also be sure to use one that is safe to use with the toy you will be using. Various sex toys are composed of different materials, and it is advisable to apply lubricant like water-based lubrication for example that will not break your toy.
  • Male lubricants: these are normally use for males who do masturbation solo and should have additional lube to prevent friction. When using your favorite sex toys with lubricant during masturbation, and again, make sure that it is compatible to be able to use with your toy without damaging it.

All in all, personal lubricant shouldn’t be viewed as a mood stopper, but in fact as a way of increasing the pleasure for both you and your partner. Bear in mind to place it an easy to reach place because when the moods strike you know where to get it simply or else it will kill the mood. Be entertained and be reminded as well to take a look at the directions on how to use the personal lubricant that you chose.

Bondage 101: Use and Safety of Nipple Clamps

Nipple clamps have become very popular with both men and women.  They range from very gentle to quite extreme, more extreme than most people can endure.  Nipple clamps also come in many shapes and sizes some with various accessories to increase the sensations felt when wearing them.

Nipple clamps and their use

Before using nipple clamps make sure to keep in mind to not limit their use to the nipples alone.  There are plenty of great places on the human body that are just craving to be clamped, most notably the genital region on both men and women and on women the clitoris can be a wonderful place for some more gentle clamps.

But for now let's stick with the nipples, before clamping your nipples be sure that they're nice and erect.  The easiest way to achieve this is to rub them, for many even the right thoughts can provide them with a pair of erect nipples.  But for some the process might call for some extra help, in this case you should consider ice cubes, they do wonders for exciting the nipples.

Many nipple clamps are adjustable, you can change the amount of pressure on the clamped area, this is great for beginners and those with sensitive nipples.  If you like more pressure but not the pinch you should try to get as much flesh as possible.  The more flesh you get the wider the area that the clamp is putting pressure on, thus reducing or eliminating that sharp pinch.  Once the nipple is clamped there is a whole new world of sensations awaiting you.  Anything can be used to further stimulate the nipple, including feathers, fingers, tongues, a light whipping or, my favorite, a mini vibrator.  Lightly touching a small vibe onto the tip of a clamped nipple can provide some absolutely wonderful sensations.

There are nipple clamps that are referred to as 'endurance clamps', these are often very similar to other clamps except for the fact that they are not adjustable.  This means that if they're on your nipple then they are squeezing with everything they've got, there's no light setting with this type.  Another type of nipple clamp for those more extreme users are those clamps with teeth.  These clamps tend to not have any extra rubber or padding and as you can probably tell, these little guys can create some pretty hardcore sensations, so if you're at all gentle, you might want to stay away from these.

Nipple clamp safety tips

Much of the pleasure of nipple clamps comes from the fact that the clamp cuts of a certain amount of circulation to the tip, this causes very sensitive nerves, it also means that you should probably not leave the clamp on for much more than 15 minutes at a time.  Plus you should probably be aware that the removal of the nipple clamp is usually the most 'intense' part of the whole thing, in fact it can be downright painful as the blood goes rushing back.

Just like all sex toys out there you should clean your nipple clamps regularly, they can get dirty and nobody wants to put on dirty clamps.  Besides, who wants a nipple infection?  Not me.

Don't forget, nipple clamps are not for women only!  Due to the fact that most women's nipples are a bit larger than men's nipple clamps are often a bit easier to use on women, but men's nipples need attention too.

How To Get The Most From Self Pleasure

Self-pleasure is good for you and is considered to have actual health benefits. Self-pleasure is great as well girls; you get to do it by yourself, on your own terms, you can also experiment to find out what you like and what turns you on. Unfortunately growing up many women are raised with little information about our genitals, sex and self-pleasuring which does not really come naturally for everyone. The secret to bringing each woman to orgasm is different. Women can climax through clitoral stimulation, vaginal penetration or G-Spot stimulation. There is no wrong way self-pleasure we are all different. This article is geared to give the reader the tools to get the most from self pleasure.

1. Setting the mood

If you are going to get the most from the experience you must give yourself plenty of time. I would advise that you give yourself at least half an hour. Ladies you have to unwind and be relaxed why not take a bath or open a bottle of wine. It is as much about state of mind as it is about technique ladies. Next make sure that you can’t be disturbed. That means turning off the mobile/cell, locking the door and if you have children send them round a neighbours. The next step is to position yourself in way that you feel comfortable and relaxed in. Women generally start out on their backs, legs bent and spread apart, with their feet on the ground. Make sure that you have plenty of support and cushioning.

2. Fantasize/romanticize for self-pleasure

This is your alone time and recalling a past sexual encounter or elaborate on a favourite sexual fantasy can really set the mood. If you need a little of bit of help getting started then read an erotic story, look at a sexy publication or even indulge in a bit of adult entertainment. Ladies this is you time anything goes as long as it get the pulse racing.

3. Explore all parts of your body

It amazing but a lot of women really don’t know their own bodies at all. Experiment and run your hands all over your body and if some thing feels good then linger there and just enjoy the feeling it creates. Look at your genitals in a mirror (especially if you are unfamiliar with it) and caress the different parts to see what feels good to you. There are the inner and outer labia, your clitoris, your vagina and your perineum.

4. Don’t be afraid to play around to find what is best for you

Ladies get those fingers working; use one or two fingers and start to stoke different parts of you vulva and remembering to stimulate your clitoris and labia. Find the rhythm that works for you this means experimenting with pressure, speed and motion. I suggest placing fingers either side of the clitoris and stoking up and down, or placing two fingers on the clitoral hood and rubbing in a circular motion.

5. Life is about surprises

Unless you are willing to open up your mind girls and let yourself be comfortable with your own skin and trying everything you will not get the most from your own body. When self-pleasuring try different types of touch: stroke, tickle, knead or why not even try gently pulling your genitals. Anything goes ladies. The options are open to use one or several fingers, the palm of the hand even your knuckles. Don’t be afraid it will only take you to a better place.

6. It is a long and winding road

The thought of reaching that climax is all part of the fun. Imagining riding the wave wil help to heighten the sexual tension. You can add to that by enhancing the excitement yourselves girls. Learn to hold on to your sexual excitement by building up and then reducing temporarily the stimulus. Try to learn what your body is to communicate to you. Your own body will tell you when you have the right tempo or when a certain tickle feels good.

7. Remain relaxed

As the sexual energy starts to build it is critical to let it take you and not to fight it. Breathing deeply rather than holding your breath will help as will rocking your pelvis as in intercourse will help. I would also suggest rhythmically clenching and releasing your PC muscle (if you are looking for vaginal penetration then a dildo will help).

8. Ride the wave
At the start of your climax is key to continue to excite yourself through to orgasm. The body start to get more sensitive so lighten up during those first receptive seconds but keep going to enjoy the pleasurable aftershocks. The first orgasm may feel like a blip or a explosion however the more you practice the more range you will develop and understand.

Self-pleasuring is obviously a very personnel thing. The way forward is through further exploration and practice because it will lead to more enjoyable orgasms and self knowledge of what works best for turning you on. Experimentation through self-pleasure will not only lead to personnel self satisfaction but can only benefit your sex life as you work out what you like and then pass on that information to your partner. How To Talk Dirty - A Breakdown Of The Basics!

Talking dirty to your partner can seem like a pretty far out idea to many people. For some it is an issue of being scared to expose themselves in such a way, as it exposes a unique vulnerability to their mate that they wouldn’t normally disclose. For others it stems out of a feeling of looking silly, like something out of a bad porn movie. They just can't wrap their minds around the idea of talking dirty being something that’s... well sexy and intoxicating for their partner!

It’s something new and unfamiliar, and the unfamiliar tends to be pretty darn uncomfortable for many people.

Talking dirty however, doesn't have to be a re-enactment of a bad B movie. It doesn't even have to be overtly sexual. It’s really just a natural extension of the mental and physical pleasure you get from your partner, and as such it is a great way to spice up your sex life.

So let’s talk some basic ‘how to talk dirty’ details shall we?

Start slow for you and your partner’s benefit.

First of all there’s no need to jump right into "spank me, show me who's the boss!" (Some of you may never find that enjoyable or comfortable, however long you enjoy dirty talk as one aspect of a potentially all encompassing love life!). Either way, it is best to start slow, with simple dialog expressing how you feel in regard to what is happening at that moment.

Comments such as "I really like it when you touch me there”... or “it feels so good when you kiss me like that". You can play around with different comments to make, tell your partner what you are going to do to them, or how much you like doing this or that to them, etc.

Quite literally, the only limit here is not just your imagination (as some people tend to believe) but also your memory. Think back to the times you’ve made love, read something or seen something that has excited you or turned you on. See the actual act in your mind and then simply describe it. If you can add you or your partner into your description – even better!

Expand your vocabulary and find your voice.

For many of us the main roadblock in learning how to talk dirty, is that we have no idea what we are going to say, or how exactly to say it! Talking dirty isn't a science, it's a way of expressing how you feel. Your dirty talk may prefer to come out as low voiced whispers and pants, or loud screaming and yelling. Most run the gamut of in between those extremes!

It is also best to stay away from precise anatomy terms like penis or vagina which could well you’re your dirty talk into a semi boring anatomical lecture. Use slang words and names instead, allowing both you and your partner to feel more relaxed and ‘at ease’.

The point is to let loose and have fun! Do a bit of on line research if you can't think of some dirty words to use.

Practice Makes Perfect, No One is Perfect – So Keep Practicing!

Practice talking dirty when you are home alone. If you wonder how you look when talking dirty, try it out in front of the mirror. If you really want to go to town on practicing and becoming a Jedi master at Dirty Talk – try recording yourself, either audio or video. You’ll be able to get a much better idea of how you sound and how you look by doing this. (Just make sure you erase the tape before the kids find it!)

Another way to practice is to talk dirty to yourself while you masturbate. It can help to make you more comfortable with the sound of your voice during such an intimate act. To some that may make them feel awfully self conscious and uncomfortable but, and it’s a big BUT here, in order to become effective at talking dirty to your partner, you need to feel comfortable yourself. If you are all twisted up, nervous and hating every second, he’ll know and fast.

Result = Turn Off.

Time has shown that Practice Does Make Perfect (or close too!) so practice. I promise you, the more you practice the better you’ll feel and get!

Rules & Boundaries

One more important thing to do before embarking on your dirty talk adventure is to set the rules up with your partner. Many people as mentioned won't talk dirty due to fear of looking silly or being laughed at. It is important to set up rules, like no judging each other, or laughing at each other, or correcting each other's attempts to talk dirty. When you are caught up in the excitement, and learning how to talk dirty, there is no telling what might come out of your mouth or your partner’s mouth, so it is important to feel safe from ridicule when trying out new things.

It opens up doors for many more exciting options for the future!

All the best of technology and stimulation: Silicone

When it comes to female breast augmentation surgery, most people are familiar with the application of silicone as a standard material. Regardless, silicone features several other applications, since it ‘s such a strong and versatile material. Since it’s so lastable, it’s a good material to make sex toys. Since silicone toys are usually handcrafted, the increased labor usually makes these toys get somewhat expensive.

So, it comes as no surprise that silicone toys are sold as premium toys, Regardless, there’s a good chance you’ll think the cost is worthwhile. There are also male sextoy's available, the most common of which is the fleshlite, the fleshlite is a torch shaped object for use in male masturbation. Being a completely non-porous material, silicone can be cleaned or sterilized, which allows sharing the to - provided it gets properly cleaned in between uses. When it comes to cleaning, you should choose boiling your silicone toy (provided there’s no battery pack) for about 20 minutes – that way you’ll get best results.

Silicone is a rather hypoallergenic material, so people are unlikely to ever get a rash from using silicone love toys. If price used to be the sole reason keeping your from getting a silicone toy, you should think again. Granted, the price is higher for a silicone toy, but the cost will be offset by its durability. A silicone toy is pretty much indestructible, unless your dog accidentally mistakes it for a chewing toy. Apart from that, silicone is surprisingly soft and elastic, and its touch is so realistic it makes up for an incredible feeling.

Being such a smooth material, silicone rarely requires trimming down lumps to achieve comfort, besides it warm quite nicely with your body. When it comes to erotic toys, silicone will provide you with the most pleasurable experience, just as long as you’re not worried about paying premium. It will not only delight with its look and superior feel, but also keep you and your favorite playmate happy for years to come. However you should keep in mind never to use a lubricant which also contains silicone, because an adverse reaction is likely to ruin your toy’s surface. Be sure to use a water-based lubricant like Sensual Essence or Climax H2O.

Faqs - What Is The Clitoris, How Do I Find It And What Can It Do For Me

The clitoris is often over looked and neglected despite modern female awareness and the understanding of many women of their own sexual being. It is unbelievable that even in these enlightened times how little information is out there concerning the clitoris and how it functions and contributes to the pleasure of a women.

The clitoris has to be understood and is key to this change. Slowly there is more infomation regarding the clitoris and it isbeing understood a lot more clearly. Most people including doctors and sexual therapists believe that the clitoris is a small pea-sized bump and that a females sexual response isn't as potent as a man's however this is not factually correct.

The clitoris has 18 parts some which you can see like the glans or tip, inner lips and the hood; which is the equivalent of the foreskin in men. The clitoris is a powerful organ of sexual pleasure. The tip has over 8,000 sensory nerve endings which is more than any other part of the body. Factor in the requirements of pregnancy and women have much more blood supply to the pelvic area and longer and stronger pelvic muscles. The overall effect is that the clitoris unlike the penis which produces a single powerful explosive orgasm can produce multiple orgasms (up to 100!). It can thus be argued that women sexual pleasure response is more powerful than man’s.

It is time for women to understand the make up of the clitoris. It is now known that the way the clitoris is interconnected means that all female orgasms through stimulation of the female genitalia are directly linked to the clitoris.

Australian urologist Dr. Helen O’Connel using MRI technology noted that direct relationship the legs or roots of the clitoris and the erectile tissues of the clitoral bulbs and corpora, and the distual urethra and vagina. O’Connel asserts that this interconnected relationship is the physiological explanation for the G-spot and the experience of vaginal orgasm taking into account the stimulation of the internal parts of the clitoris during vaginal penetration. Women who experience orgasm from both direct clitoral stimulation of the glans and vaginal access to the internal bodies distinguish between then in terms of both the physical and general sensation associated with each. (in other words the clitoris is why women get an orgasm from vaginal penetration as the internal clitoris is stimulated).

During sexual arousal and orgasm, the clitoris and the whole of the genitalia engorge and change colour as the erectile tissues fill with blood, and the individual experience vaginal contractions. Masters and Johnson documented the sexual response cycle, which has four phases and is still the clinically accepted definition of the human orgasm. More recent research has determined that women can experience a sustained intense orgasm through stimulation of the clitoris and remains in the orgasmic phase for much longer that original studies indicate, evidenced by genital engorgement and colour changes, and vaginal contraction.

The understanding of the clitoris is slowly being observed but has some way to go. What we can say categorically is that the clitoris is intrinsic to any stimulation that results in orgasm. Direct stimulation can be painful for a women and it maybe better for a women to excite herself another way to get wet first for better comfort. The other option is to use your favourite lube to make things slippery. What ever women do in sexual situations the clitoris has to be remembered either in love-making of self pleasure to en-heighten the orgasm. Concerntrating solely onthe clitoris can add variety to female self pleasure. Bondage Basics: Safety in Flogging

In practically all BDSM toy play and use of bondage gear there is some risk, which is nominal if the proper precautions are taken.  Before trying any new BDSM activity or using any new piece of bondage gear make sure you read all the safety warnings and learn how to keep it safe.  Flogging is no exception to this rule and should be treated with respect or somebody will get hurt.

One of the biggest problems that floggers run into is an issue that's referred to as "wrapping".  Wrapping occurs when you over extend a strike with a whip and the tips actually wrap around your target to some extent, this action causes the tips to greatly accelerate and can cause a much larger than desired level of pain or even bodily harm.  This is why when you first try flogging you should practice on something such as a pillow to learn aim and control.  Make sure you practice with the pillow in a horizontal and a vertical position.  The comfort and safety of your sub is at stake so be sure you are comfortable with your flogging devices before you start.

After you become familiar with the basics of flogging and want to try your hand at a human submissive you need to know what body parts are ok to strike, which are ok, but only lightly and which are completely off limits.  So I will go over those various parts now.

The first parts I will go over are those that are ok to strike.

The buttocks:  This is a very common location to flog and typically very safe.  There is a lot of padding here and no vital organs nearby so as long as you keep the strikes within reason there should be very little in the way of safety concerns.  This is also a perfect place to begin if you are just starting.  A couple things to keep in mind: watch out for wrapping as the hips are delicate and should be avoided and be careful to not strike the tailbone.

The upper back:  Another common place to flog is the upper back, there is usually little in the way of fat but there is a large amount of muscle here providing great protection.  For some, parts of the lower body are a bit too sensitive and so the upper back is the preferred location for work.  One big safety point for this area is to not use any floggers that are stiff such as paddles or canes.  The spine and shoulder blades are delicate and can be damaged if struck by a stiff instrument.

Thighs:  The thighs can be a great spot for many submissives, there is still ample padding but there are also multiple places that are extra sensitive.  The inner thighs are often targeted due to their sensitivity as is the 'sweet spot', located in the crease between the lower buttocks and the upper thigh.  This area is also popular for many other types of bondage gear such as sensation play toys.  Keep in mind to be careful about wrapping here as the target area is not a flat surface.

There are areas of the body that should always be avoided due to the possibility of doing serious damage, those are:

Hips
Tailbone
Lower back (the kidneys are here and have little protection)
Head and neck
Feet (the bottoms of the feet are sometimes used, but be very careful, bones in the feet are fragile)
Spine
All joins (elbows, knees, wrists, etc...)
Shoulders (near the neck and collar bones)
Upper chest
Abdomen and lower chest (lots of organs and ribs and very little protection)

There are areas not covered in either of the above two sections, these areas can be worked although you need to be very careful when doing so and should only be done either very lightly or when you have learned full control.  One particular area that many people are interested in are the breasts.  The breasts are a common and fun place to use various types of bondage gear, however you should be careful when using a flogger and be very gentle.  There are many people out there that say flogging can cause serious damage to the breasts, so keep it light, the nipples and surrounding area are very sensitive so heavy hitting is not necessary.

But safety always comes down to using common sense and following safe habits.  Learn from experienced BDSM masters and learn from your sub, they will teach you a lot.
